Our production philosophy is based on the conviction that wine production begins in the vineyard, as wine is a true reflection of its terroir.
This concept influences all of the aspects of production: limited harvesting in order to guarantee the highest possible quality, selective harvesting by hand, micro-vinification and ageing in the best quality French oak casks.

I was welcomed to the winery for a guided tasting of whites, rose and reds. I have to confess that I am instinctive by nature, and I let my emotions guide me. This relatively young winery has invested in quality from the outset, and it has been rewarded with results. Well done.
