Organoleptic characteristics
Delicate pink in colour.
An intense fragrance, characterised by notes of exotic fruit, pink grapefruit and pineapple. Delicately citrusy and characterised with hints of small red fruits.
A wine with a dry flavour, savoury and fresh. Well-balanced, moderately warm and persistent.

Cannonau
The Cannonau grape, with its low yield and extreme weather conditions (drought, heat, wind), produces velvety and structured red wines of considerable longevity and high alcohol content.
Cannonau is considered to be the most popular variety of red grape in Sardinia.
I had the pleasure of tasting the Cannonau rosé Nudo for the first time in a Sardinian restaurant; an experience of excellent fragrance and perfect dryness. Impressive.
