We find ourselves on the northern coast of the island, on the slopes of the hills that look out towards the sea.
These are prevalently sandy soils, well-ventilated, ideal for the drying of these Moscato grapes on the vine, which in these conditions achieve perfect concentration and allow for the creation of the Passito.

Organoleptic characteristics
Straw yellow in colour.
Fragrance of ripe fruit with hints of apricot, maracuja and orange peel.
A wine with a velvety and enveloping flavour, and with an after-taste of white blossom and spice. Excellent freshness and minerality, with a persistent flavour and fragrance.

The grapes are left to dry on the plant and are then harvested manually when they have reached the ideal maturity.
Once destemmed, the must – extremely rich in sugars – is separated and left to ferment at length in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Crystal clear, intense straw-yellow in colour, very robust. Intense, complex, refined, aromatic, dried fruit, dried figs, apricots in syrup, slight minerality, vanilla, delicately toasted. Sweet, warm, soft, fresh, savoury. Balanced, intense, fairly persistent, refined. Immediate, harmonic. A good, elegantly created Passito.
